er77 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between er77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at er77.one. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the er77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with er77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

er77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. These Terms are written in English and, where any conflict arises between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the er77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

er77 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the er77 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different mobile numbers, or using proxy devices or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

You must notify er77 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. er77 will investigate any such report and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to protect the player's funds.

Your registration information must be accurate and complete:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document or passport.
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number — this is your primary account identifier and must remain active.
• Date of birth — you must be 21 or older; er77 reserves the right to verify this via documentation at any time.
• Any material change to your registration details — including a change of mobile number — must be reported to er77 customer support promptly.

5.1 Deposits

er77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). er77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which er77 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your er77 wallet in real time in the majority of cases. In the event of a delay, the player should contact er77 customer support with proof of the transaction.
• er77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed defined thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• er77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the er77 account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. er77 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable identity verification requirements.

• er77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity document and proof of their registered mobile number.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus. Players must meet all rollover conditions before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• er77 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Winnings derived from wagers placed using free spins or other promotional credits may have additional withdrawal restrictions as set out in the specific promotion's terms at the time of the promotion.

er77 may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per mobile number. Players found to be abusing the welcome bonus through multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

• Bonus funds do not carry cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Prior to meeting wagering requirements, only the cash portion of a player's balance is available for withdrawal.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the er77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus distributions, or platform systems.
• Using the er77 platform to launder funds or to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or unintended game behavior to obtain funds or benefits not legitimately won through normal gameplay.

er77 employs automated monitoring tools and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, er77 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and escalation to law enforcement without prior notice to the player.

All content on the er77 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of er77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the er77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of er77.

The er77 brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Use of the er77 name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any context — including in any online publication, social media account, or marketing material — without er77's prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, er77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the er77 platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data; (d) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in platform content; or (e) any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

er77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits er77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

er77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, er77 will endeavor to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or through a platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the er77 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the er77 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
